The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
The connection costs you nothing
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
Local crews, licensed for the trade
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds the license this trade and state require and who actually works in Orlando. Ask to see the license and the certificate of insurance before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
One call fixes a bad match
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
The part this service cannot promise
None of the above is a warranty on anyone’s workmanship. The contractors are independent businesses, not employees of this site, and the work you agree with one of them is a contract between you and that contractor — its quality, its price, its schedule and its guarantee are theirs to give and yours to hold them to.
